Tazkia Consulting joined a consultant team led by Mandiri Sekuritas to conduct Sharia due diligence on Bank Victoria Syariah, as part of an early-stage acquisition process by BNI — a process that would later lead to the formation of Bank Syariah Indonesia. Our team’s role focused on the Sharia aspect assessment and the preparation of the corporate work plan.
BTN Syariah Spin-off Advisory
